The hotel rooms, albeit smaller than shown in the picture on booking, come with good facilities and were clean and tidy. The service was polite, quite quick to respond, and very helpful, making the stay quite comfortable. The location, though not their fault, was calm and quiet with clean and neat rooms, a definite add-on, but it is far from restaurants and bars. Dining was okay and could have been a bit more varied. Overall, a decent stay though not without its drawbacks.
The hotel's rooms were small but very cozy, albeit smaller than expected, and they were kept clean during my stay. The service was prompt and friendly overall, though some staff members seemed unhappy and lacked language skills. The location was good and a definite add-on, especially for its proximity to Lalbagh botanical garden. The dining options were limited but acceptable, with daily fresh fish available. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The hotel rooms were smaller than expected and not exceptionally clean, but the staff was cheerful and helpful with a quick response. The location was excellent with a craft beer pub and shopping nearby. The dining was okay, but the Indonesian food was disappointing.
